I am not a resident of NCYF, however I am an abutting neighbor who often witnesses violent behavior among the young men who live at 229 City View. Fist fights in the street, fist fights in neighbors driveways, loud and vulgar language yelled and can be heard several houses down. Last week 4 young men threw stones at a woman walking down the street. The counselors have no control of the young men. If you hope for your son to receive discipline, structure and help to assimilate into the community, this is not the place that this will happen.
