All utilities are included in the monthly rent except for telephone. Available Services For the nights you don’t feel like cooking, you can gather with friends in the dining room which features restaurant-style dining. On nice days, there are several courtyards where you can dine alfresco. To save you a trip into town, there are on-site post office and banking services. Fee-based services we offer include housekeeping, personal transportation and assistance with activities of daily living. As a continuing-care community, we provide our residents with the security and peace of mind of aging in place. Along with offering assisted living services, we also deliver memory care and skilled nursing services. Our trained staff is always on hand to provide help whenever its needed, and licensed nurses are on duty 24 hours a day.
